What started as a shared passion between my mom, Rosy, and me has grown into a local business dedicated to making life’s moments a little more beautiful—and a lot more delicious. Inspired by her love for charcuterie, baking, and exploring new flavors, my mom taught me everything I know. Without her guidance, and the unwavering support of my husband, parents, sisters, and brother-in-law, Sweet & Sour Charcuterie wouldn’t be here today.
